At AVLYF, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements in case of damages caused by us. Please review our return and replacement policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Customers can request a replacement under the following conditions:
 ✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
 ✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and  in resalable condition.
 ✅ All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable) are included.
 ✅ The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below).
 ✅ The damage is verified to have occurred due to AVLYF’s fault (manufacturing defect or wrong item sent).

2. Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiate a Replacement Request

  • Log in to your AVLYF account and go to Orders.
  • Select the product and click on Request Replacement.
  • Upload images showing the damage or issue with the product.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours 
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged item (for eligible locations).
  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the item to our return center.

Step 3: Replacement Dispatch

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will dispatch a replacement product within [Insert Days].
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but a replacement can be requested if applicable.

4. Shipping Charges for Replacements

  • If the replacement is due to AVLYF’s fault (damaged or incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return request is not due to our mistake, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
